Recently RKSS(Ravi Kiran Service Society) created profound interest among tribal communities to revive this project otherwise called ‘Talaguda samiti’ in Odia with support of NABARD in RUdayagiri & Nuagada blocks.Rumunda & Atarsing SHGs too exposed significantly.15 SHGs involved on such process.Rumunda SHG President too accessed to visit outreach areas to exchange innovation of their livelihoods plan. That enhanced to earn maximum ₹50000 which completely a quality ghur. Not only steadfast on marketing but women empowerment through social & economical strategies taken as a big revolution too.
As value addition in ragi processing recipes this ghur is an ingredients which found recently in Gajapati Ustav of millet stall. Customers had their willingness to purchase.Even those quality ghur has been transported to various cities of India.
Indeed challenge streaming for those captive assured particularly landless tribal communities to earn handful income. A big effort from RKSS to revive new life & new strategies on financial literacy,said Laxmikant Panda (Secretary of RKSS).
