Utkal Sanskrutika Parishad organised Fakir Mohan Senapati Jayanti

Sunabeda: 14/01/2022 : The Utkal Sanskrutika Parishad of Sunabeda has celebrated the birth anniversary of renowned poet Fakir Mohan Senapati. The programme was organized strictly adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. Former President of the Parishad  Premananda Maiti attended the programme as chief Guest, while Adviser Shatrunjaya Mishra graced the occasion as chief Speaker and Fakir Mohan’s biography and literary work were highlighted. Mr. Mishra opined that Fakir Mohan’s contribution to the enrichment of Oriya literature was incomparable and called Fakir Mohan Senapati the first satirist of Oriya literature. General Secretary of parishad Prashant Kumar Jena, Joint Secretary Manas Ranjan Das Advisory Council members Kangali Charan Raut, Sheikh Ibrahim, Surath Behera along with Santosh Kumar Sahu, Saroj Kumar Das, Pranakrishna Samal, Sankarshan Das attended the programme and offered floral tribute to the great poet. General Secretary of Parishad Prashant Kumar Jena compared the programme.-
