UNION STATE MINISTER PRATAP SARANGI VISITED GAJAPATI

GAJAPATI,(Mohana):Union Minister of State for Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairying & MSME; Pratap Sarangi had his first visit to Gajapati district.
He visited various areas of Gajapati district to inspire on better livelihoods through MSME (Micro Small & Medium Enterprises).To revive such small scale industries various schemes undertaken by Government of India on self reliance for those small entrepreneurs. He too encouraged those farmers to excel through agricultural inputs too. To revive those traditional small scale industries based on pulling local resources particularly backward district like Gajapati district.
Among them Jaggery ghur is a pivot income generating products. At 11am on Saturday he reached at Lubursing of R.Udayagiri and visited Jaggery ghur processing units. From Jaggery plant an innovative has been processed by those tribal families. From maize and cashew too various processing units through mills will be fruitful for better livelihoods he assessed.
On his visit Paralakhemundi MLA Narayan Rao,Mohana MLA Dasarathi Gamango,Sub-Collector Sangram Sekhar Panda, ZP President Anitarani Behera,Jaggery unit Corporation MD Samir Mahanty & Executive Officer Chidananda Mishra were present.
On such occasion 200 beneficiaries distributed materials equipments of jaggery. He also visited Manikpur Hanuman temple & Jirango Budha Temple.
