Unauthorized Entrance from External District ; Administration Streaming Headache

Kandhamal,(Baliguda):Second stream of Corona exhibiting as ghost arrival, for which administration declared lockdown for fortnight ie, from 5th to 19th May. The instructions were to bind with 50 & 29 for marriage & funeral respectively, where people still violating norms by closing their eyes daringly. Open challenges to administration yet havocking at Tumudibandha. Sarpanch Jayanti Majhi, too, declared shut down from 11th to 17th May.

At Budapada in a family more affected positives & at Bajar street, Lahorsahi, Lainpada, Kendupada, Mausimaa mandirasahi likewise simple  fever & cough rising. At Tumudibandha block various panchayats like Belghar, Jhirpani, Lankagada, Bilamala, Bhandarangi, Gumma are connected to Kalahandi & Rayagada districts & free entrance & exit still a cacophony among host villagers. Neither PRI nor administration turned up any vigil work on prevention.Sarpanch shocked they are at crossed hands as they are not engaged unlike previous corona tide. Neither sanitization nor health care campaign detected. So more receding on simple cough & other illness in villages extensively. Administration remaining quiet,may be inviting severe infections unavoidable,retorted local public.
