Unauthorized Encroachment of Govt Land

Mohana:A government plot has been utilized for Thakurani temple since last forefathers time at Gudipanka village.Now a committee formed for management of temple. At plot no 699,they planted various teak species & made afforestation too. Meanwhile one Jamel Nayak unauthorizedly made a cottege & staying with his family near that place by destroying teak plants.So committee members appealed to RI against his unauthorized encroachment.Tehsildar instructed RI for enquiry on such abruptive situation.Near that place at plot no 259,belongs to one Bairagi Nayak by whose name patta also given.So this given scope to bring loan by luring Bairagi for fullpledged construction of house. This illegal work complained before Sub Collector & Tehsildar. But no action being taken, rather Jamel too vibrant to stick in his position at any cost not to leave that place & openly challenged to make on his name.

So committee members now steadfast to go on road for strike if their demand not fulfilled.
