Two persons arrested for murderous attack by Golanthara PS
Berhampur, (Odishabarta) on the report of the T.Jayajagannath Reddy of village Panapalli pertaining to murderous attack on him by the accused persons, P.Nilambar Reddy (32) S/O Late P.Dileswar Reddy of village Panapalli, PS-Golanthara and R.Binod Reddy, (36) S/O R.Hadu Reddy of village Kartikadiha , PS-Rambha.
The case was registered where he alleged that on 10-03-2024 at about 11 AM , while T.Jayajagannath Reddy ( village Naidu) was returning to his village from village Tulu due to previous grudge above accused persons detained him and assaulted him by means of hammer and Iron rod with an intention to kill him due ti which the complainant sustained injuries on his body. He was shifted to Pro Healthcare, Berhampur for treatment.
Since the registration of the case , the accused persons were absconding to avoid police arrest.
Finally, both the accused persons were arrested from Visakhapatnam. The accused persons are forwarded to court today.
Earlier the accused P.Nilambar Reddy was involved in Golanthara PS Case- 271 Dated 4-10-2020 U/s 52 (a) The Odisha excise Act. and the accused R.Binod Reddy was involved in Rambha PS Case 277/426/109 IPC and Rambha PS Case-30 Dated 9-02-2020 u/s 143/186/431/ 278/283/149 IPC.
