Two devotees get Padmashri

Bhubaneswar:While India is celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo, two prominent devotees of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother have been conferred with Padmashri as per the 2022 Padma Awardee list released by Govt of India.
From sources it has been found that Chairman of Smt. Nandini Satpathy Memorial Trust (SNSMT) Shri. Suparno Satpathy has covertly influenced the selection committee to decorate Padmashri on Ms. Tara Jauhar as well as on Prominent IAS Officer Late Guru Prasad Mohapatra.
It is also learnt from sources in Puducherry that his influence had also worked during the decoration of Padma Vibhushan on another devotee Late Manoj Das.
