TWO BUSES ARRIVED IN GANJAM WITH ODIA WORKERS FROM SURAT

GANJAM: Two buses arrived this early morning with Odia migrant workers who were stranded in Surat due to lock down set out.

The returning workers from Surat all kept in quarantine for 14 days and Tehesildar have assigned to take proper care of these returning workers by the Collector, Ganjam soon after their arrival.

As per reports, about 200 people have arrived under full police security and are on their way to Seragada and Dharakote in Odisha’s Ganjam.

It is to be noted the SDPO Aska Suryamani Pradhan,IIC Prashant Sahu and  , Police staff  of Seragada Dharakote were on duty keeping in view of any violation and other legal aspects.

Another two buses already left from Surat of Gujarat and expected this evening or at best tomorrow early hours, according to sources.

It has also been learnt that the passengers have booked the bus at their own for this trip.

It has further notice while filing the news updates received four buses arrived in Ganjam 217 persons arrived.
