TTPS OBSERVES National Unity Day

TALCHER:On October 31, 2023, NTPC Talcher Thermal celebrated National Unity Day with a spirited “Run for Unity.” This event brought employees, family members, and dedicated CISF personnel, all uniting to honor the spirit of unity and togetherness that defines our nation.
On this special occasion, marking the birth anniversary of the eminent statesman, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, everyone paid heartfelt homage to the visionary leader who played a pivotal role in the unification of India, forging it into a resolute and unified nation.
The day began with participants taking a ‘Unity Run’ followed by a solemn ‘Unity Pledge’, administered by Shri Goutam Deb, Executive Director, and Shri R.K Singh, GM (Projects) at Talcher Thermal. This event served as a reminder of the values of solidarity, inclusiveness, oneness and highlighted the importance of standing together as a nation.
