TPSODL celebrates Republic Day with Pride and Unity

Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) celebrated the 77th Republic Day with pride and patriotic fervour at its Corporate Office in Berhampur. The celebrations were led by CEO Mr. Amit Kumar Garg, who unfurled the National Flag in the presence of employees, senior leadership, and stakeholders. The ceremony reflected the organisation’s deep respect for India’s constitutional values and its commitment to nation-building through reliable and inclusive power distribution.
Mr. Garg led the gathering in saluting the Tricolour, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem, creating a moment of unity and national pride. Addressing the audience, he spoke on the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ and highlighted TPSODL’s role in supporting this national goal through continuous improvement in service delivery, sustainability initiatives, and community-focused programmes.
He outlined the company’s progress in rural electrification, integration of renewable energy, and adoption of innovative solutions aimed at strengthening the power distribution network across southern Odisha. Emphasising people-centric growth, Mr. Garg encouraged employees to uphold the values of integrity, safety, and excellence while contributing to India’s journey.
A key highlight of the celebration was the felicitation of Utility-Led Aggregation (ULA) beneficiaries, recognising their contribution towards promoting solar energy and sustainable practices. Similar felicitation programmes were also organised at the circle level across TPSODL’s operational areas, reinforcing the company’s commitment to green energy adoption and community participation.
