THUNDERSTORM & RAINFALL ALERT IN ODISHA

BHUBANESWAR: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre here issued a thunderstorm and rainfall alert for 3 districts of Odisha.As per reports, an alert has been issued for Bargarh, Jharsuguda and Sundergarh districts.
People in these districts are advised to stay indoors and take shelter in buildings and other safe locations as a precautionary measure.
Thunderstorm with lightning and moderate rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bargarh, Jharsuguda and Sundergarh between 13/0800HRS IST and 13/1000 HRS IST,” the latest bulletin read.
