TALCHER THERMAL OBSERVED CLEANLINESS DAY

TALCHER:NTPC Talcher Thermal is being celebrating Cleanliness Day from October 1st to 15th at NTPC Talcher Thermal. At this time, on the 1st of the day, a large-scale cleaning campaign was carried out in the local railway station, hut, and nearby areas. GM Project Mr. R. K. Singh and all the GMs, doctors, Central Industrial Security Force, women’s club members, social activists, workers, BHEL authorities and all labour unions joined to give a new look to the cleanliness drive. After this, the cleanliness rally was organized, on the 2nd of October, Gandhi’s and Shastriji’s birth anniversary, a procession left the new field hostel and gathered at Gandhi Park after the Colony Parikrama.
There, both heroes were given an oath of cleanliness after floral tributes. GM Project Mr. R. K. Singh made everyone read the oath and delivered a speech explaining the importance of today’s event. Everyone participated in this program and made the program a success.
