Dr.Vivek:Myself Dr Saravana Vivek,M, Father, Dr. Gopal.P, Mother Smt.Vembu.N. Origin from Pondicherry.(U.T).,Married in the Year 2018.Blesse with one Son
Manoj: Your Hobby, Food Choice, Games and more ever what is your Fascinating Journey (?).
Dr.Vivek:I Like Sports and food choice is both Veg and non-Veg.
Manoj: Academic Back Ground Please (?).
Dr.Vivek:I did my MBBS at Mahatma Gandhi,Medical & Research Institute Pondicherry
Manoj: We came to know that you have quit Medical Service but Why (?). Why you have chosen for UPSC (?).
Dr.Vivek: Ofcource I am satisfied with my medical Practice but some time it came to my mind that why not to do some more for Social service. I felt for that the Social preconisation is needed So ,I planned to opt UPSC Service and I shall able to involve more and more to Society.
Manoj: You are Inspired by Whom (?).
Dr.Vivek:Actullay two Important persons they guided,adviced and gave more moral support to me which excelled perfectly and I decided to go for UPSC Exams.
Manoj:Could you please tell us the names (?)
Dr.Vivek: 1. Dr.Rajbhaskar,(Prof.) Neurosurgeon Teacher and Dr.Senthil Velan also an IPS Officer
Manoj: During UPSC preparation How many Hours you are spending (?).
Dr.Vivek: Initially I use to spent around 12/14 Hrs per day subsequently it reduced, I was only spending 6/8Hrs per day of my preparation.
Manoj: How is your UPSC Journey(?)
Dr.Vivek: Toe be very frank that, Four times of my appearance I could not success in Exams (!)., but lastly due to my determination, patience and hard labour, support from my Parents, Well wishers finally I was success in Exams.
Manoj: You passed in the year (?).
Dr.Vivek: in the year 2015.
Manoj:Any Coaching for UPSC Preparation (?)
Dr.Vivek: Yes
Manoj: Your Postings (?)
Dr.Vivek: During my Probation I was posted and worked as SDPO,Malkangiri subsequently I was Posted as Superintendent of Police Rayagada District ,Kalahandi District and today at Berhampur as SP from 2022 May.
Manoj:During your Service as an IPS,Please tell us a Memorable Day (?).
Dr.Vivek: Yes it’s a good question, While I was SDPO,Malkangiri during my tenure the Gurupriya Settu was inaugurated before that the area is total Cut –Off both the end and I use to visit on my Official work for Safety and security of the rural village areas and you know the most of the areas Mao prone zone.
Manoj: Okay Dear, today You are SP Berhampur last One year, How is Berhampur Policing System (?).
Dr.Vivek: Yes ,Excellent, the Berhampur Police district my all officers ,SPs’DSPs’SDPOs’ all IICs’ of PS are doing well., I am pleased.
Manoj:Can you say confidently yes it functioning Decently (?).
Dr.Vivek: Absolutely YES
Manoj:We have seen your decent performance so far the Crowd Management is concern like Gopalpur Beach Festival ,Silk City Fest and recent Thakurani Yatra Other hand What kind of steps you have taken for Crime Management. (?).
Dr.Vivek: Lets come to point, Crowd Management the past three Mega Function including Thakurani Yatra the credit not only to me it forwarded to my subordinate staff members including officers,DSP,Inspectots all have done the management decently rather I am thankful to them.
Manoj:are you satisfy with the Crime Control especially in Berhampur City (?).
Dr.Vivek: Yes I have already chalk out ,I shall give priority on NBW drive, absconding cases under CrPC 82,83,Proclamation procedure, Shall apply, Criminal acitivity,their identification ,information about their movement extracting intelligent input etc.
Manoj: Please tell us, you have 7 Major PS including Mahila PS but the existing staff strength is enough to manage the show (?), or you have asked for some more staff strength including Vehicles (?).
Dr.Vivek: It required but at presents the available infrastructure at all Police Stations we have is enough but if necessary I may think in time.
Manoj: Don’t you feel the Night Patrolling should be intensify in all area of the City (?).
Dr.Vivek: I know this and my Officers are doing accordingly. If necessary will boost
Manoj:Let’s Talk something Traffic Management What we feel the present Traffic Management of the city needs some more Traffic points for smooth functional don’t you feel (?).
Dr.Vivek: Yes we have planned and we are working
