Swachhta Pakhwada Kicks off at NTPC Coal Mining HQ
Ranchi : NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters/NTPC Mining Limited, Ranchi is observing Swachhta Pakhwada 2024 from September 17 to October 2,2024,fortnight celebration under initiative of the Indian government to promote cleanliness and sanitation across various sectors of society.
With commencement of Swachhta Pakhwada today, Swachhta Pledge was administered by Shri Animesh Jain ,Regional Executive Director ( Coal Mining) Chief Executive Officer (NML) in the august presence of Shri Naveen Jain ,CGM ( SSC – C&M).Heads of the Department, Senior Officials, and employees.
The pledge emphasized on voluntarily devoting 100 hours’ time in a year and at least 2 hours in a week by everyone for promoting cleanliness and encouraging others to get involved in Swachhta Mission for making the country clean.Various programmes like cleanliness drive at public places, poetry competition for school children, workshop on waste segregation and management, Street plays will be organised during Swachhta Pakhwada on cleanliness.
