Swachhta Pakhwada begins at Kaniha

Talcher, (Kaniha):Swachhta Pakhwada kickstarted at TSTPS Kaniha on 01-10-2023 with the Swachhta pledge administered by HoP Sh N Srinivasa Rao, followed by cleanliness drive/ Shramdaan of Sangam Market inside the township .

Employees, dependents, associates, township

schoolteachers and students participated in the program. HoP highlighted the importance of cleanliness in every day life and the need to allocate time every day for Swachhta.

The highlight of the program is the HoP flagging off the new sanitation vehicle with waste segregation provision at source. All participants were educated about the importance of waste segregation at source. Further, the shops in Sangam market were checked for non-usage of plastic covers and the shopkeepers were educated about plastic ban and waste segregation at source.”
