Most cleverly the officer he shifted the responsibility to SDIPRO,to distribute the media pass . putting double click on instruction but the click didn’t appear with blue mark (!) because the responsibility she knew better the distribution game reason her experience and long stay in Berhampur sub division. She was veteran how-to distribute , whom to issue and the number of passes all depend her choice although she knows better on record or off record however she suppose to accountability.if sub Collector seize the register automatically the register will talk with A.I voice how many genuine media have received the media pass .here the milk and water will separated
According to strong evident maximum genuine scribe of some reputed print media even they didn’t get their press gallery entry pass of Gopalpur Beach festival 2026.
However the hue-cue reaction issues came to front today and not aggravated only because of the gentle Collector ,Mr. V.Keerthi Vasan,IAS who well known to all Berhampur Press people during his tenure as Sub Collector,Berhampur.

According to source some of selective gentle actor became very close associate to DIPRO and pocketed holding the remote control who enter in to committee from back door by default as per his old practice. The duo forgetting this “ Loka manakar Sarkar”

We don’t understand what benefit the administration getting by making un happy to scribes rather they are getting five days full coverage on free of cost no need to spent single paisa for publicity only they need to provide a seat which won’t be a problem because it’s a open air festival on sea beach.
It came to our notice the day one pass distribution that, one Dist head of a reputed print media asked for the pass of his edition head, but SDIPRO madam rudely replied (loud not necessary) i can’t give through anyone let your head, editor come to my office and receive.. the scribe again cross check the logic reply “Madam in case of SAMBAD,DHARITRI,OTV,KANAKThe same procedure as you stated (?). She remains silent. Probably her 5 T blood group not yet changed (!)
Why the media un-happy; The administration should have allowed to the Family members officially so that the scribe can able to extend his natural justice to his family.
The media gallery should have arranged exclusively for Press with security so that no third person with his family cant entered by identifying collector office staff (!).
Apart, if we keep all a side, as a professional can make the news by setting at home no need of your favour, Tea, biscuit dinner nothing.
