Statues of Legends Inaugurated at Rayagada SSDHS

Paralakhemundi-On the eve of 76th Independence Day at Rayagada SSD High School a massive plan of unveiling 10 statues,a landmark in the history of Gajapati district. Those statues inaugurated by the Collector Lingaraj Panda. Among those statues; prominent figures like Mahatma Gandhi,Subas Chandra Bose,Parala Maharaja Late Sri Krushnachandra Gajapati,Birsha Munda, Subas Bose, Thakkar Bapa,Swamy Vivekananda, Gopabandhu Das, Madhusudan Das, Saheed Laxman Nayak & Jayi Rajguru unveiled. Organized jointly by Utkal Swabhiman Manch & School Management Committee,among others PD DRDA Romanchala Khamari,PA ITDA Phalguni Majhi, Block chairperson of Rayagada Purnabasi Nayak, DWO Santosh Rath were present Fecilitated by Headmaster Suresh Sahukar,with Radhakrushna Das of Utkal Swabhiman Manch & Secretary Dr. Prabhakar Tripathy,Convenor of South Odisha Mrutunjay Mishra,SDD CI Shyamaghan Bhuyan, DI of SSD Premaranjan Satapathy, Suratha Sabar President of SMC were also present. School staff coordinated successfully the program.
