Paralakhemundi-Through an affidavite appeal at High Court prayer for reinstate those deprived 8 employees of MKCG Visually Impaired & Hearing Impaired Institution of Mohana will be enlightened again as per recent judgement. During Corona time Dandasi Sahu Secretary of the institution did not pay their arrears & dismissed them too. That reached at notice of district administration but failed any results. Even though Sub Collector issued order to pay their arrears that too not carried out. Under Case WPC 34154 of 2022,Justice Bidyut Ranjan Sadangi on his judgement sent notice to Collector, Sub Collector, District Social Security Officer & Secretary of thr institution. Again on April 6,2023 Justice Biraja Prasanna Satpathy on his judgement given to re-appoint Sunil Kumar Swain & within 3 months his arrears to be given. Those forged documents & false report of Secretary scratched by the court. On behalf of complainers Advocate Nirmal Chandra Das stood all arguments.
