Sr. Citizens Forum Meeting

Paralakhemundi-On behalf of Senior Citizens Forum a meeting held at Bada Radhakant Temple. Presided by Laxminrushingha Rath, Jasodananda Maharaj Head of Bada Radhakant temple graced as chief guest. On presenting report Secretary reminded on reservation on ICU bed at district head quarter hospital, 4 beds to reserved, relaxation in bus fare & to involve in Biju Kalyan Yojana for senior citizens. Addressed to Chief Minister the resolution unanimously passed.A welfare fund to be opened for benefits of senior citizens particularly vulnerable sections of senior citizens with a proposal given by President Rath.Chief guest accoladed the steps taken by the forum. As chief speaker Bichitrananda Bebarta acknowledged to enroll more members to strengthen the forum.Further unused school building to be handed over to forum for regular office with a memorandum to Collector Gajapati proposed & passed. Cashier Raghunath Maharana & Convenor Jagadish Mahapatra fecilitated the program.
