SORODA COPS SEIZE GANJA WITH PICK UP VAN IN GANJAM

Berhampur: Police have seized over 51 kg of contraband Ganja along with one Pick-Up Van (JEETO) , bearing registration No- OD07V-3564 .
Acting on a tip-off, on Wednesday a police conducted patrolling and checking of the vehicles. On suspecting they detained the Pick-Up van which carrying the contraband while the van coming from Daringivadi.
Two persons were arrested under relevant provisions of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act, for illegally transporting the cannabis.
The duo are identified as Girish Kumar Digal of Baliguda and Dushashanna Barada,Vill Ralaba under Hinjili Police limit.
