Six Awareness Chariots traversing throughout Rayagada to sensitize people about Subhadra Scheme.

Rayagada (Badal Tah): “Application Forms for Shubhadra Scheme are available 727 Common Service Centers(CSC) or Jana Seva Kendras(JSK), 100 Mo Seva Kendras(MSK) and 2083 Anganwadi centers. For this, 1412 Community Resource Persons(CRP), 171 Master Book Keepers(MBK), 2083 Ananwadi workers, 72 ICDS supervisors, 827 JSK and MSK workers have been trained in the district to facilitate the application distribution and filling-up process”, said District Collector Parul Patwari.
 
At each village and ward level in 11 blocks and 3 urban areas of Rayagada district, people are being sensitized about the form filling process and eligible beneficiaries. To supervise at the district level and at the block level, one district level monitoring committee(DLMC) has been formed under the supervision of the District Magistrate, ADM(G),  CDO-cum-EO, ZP, CSO, CDAO, DSSO, DSWO, LDM, BM-UBI, Director-OPDSC. Block Development Officers and CDPOs are responsible for the training the functionaries involved in the system. If there is any complaint, the officers are instructed to take steps to find out the reasons and solve those immediately. If anyone has any complaint or wants to know about anything, he/she can contact 14678 toll free helpline regarding the scheme, said Patwari. Female electors within 21-60 years range are estimated to be 399215. Hence, four lakhs forms have been distributed in 2083 AWCs & 72 ICDS sectors as primary distribution centres, 727 CSCs & 100 MSKs as secondary distribution centres and all 11 blocks & 182 Gram Panchayat offices as tertiary centres. 40% of forms are available in AWCs, 30% in CSCs/MSKs & balance 30% in block and GP offices.
 
Nihar Ranjan Kahar, CDO-cum-EO-Zilla Parishad has been given responsibility as District Nodal Officer for Subhadra Yojana. He has to be assisted by ADM Bhaskar Raita, District Social Welfare Officer Pratima Pradhan, Mission Shakti District Manager Hemant Bagh, District Coordinator of Mamta Yojana Jitendra Mohapatra, District Information and Public Relations Officer Basant Kumar Pradhan and other concerned district level officers.
 
In the meanwhile, six numbers of Shubhadra Raths containing several IEC materials and audio visuals, audio-video jingles & reels were inaugurated by Bibhuti Bhushan Jena, Minister, Commerce & Transport, Steel & Mines, which will traverse through the district making people aware about the Shubhadra Scheme. These awareness chariots will clear doubts in the minds of the people.
