Swain: Yaa myself Siddharth Shankar Swain, father, Subash Chandra Swain and Mother Mrs Sanjukta Swain. Father by profession an advocate at Jeypore (Odisha) the undivided Koraput district.

Swain: My schooling at Sainik School, Bhubaneswar than I joined NMIET, Bhubaneswar there .I did my B-Tech in Computer.

Swain: I Joined in a Private Company Accenture Industries Pvt Ltd a Bangalore base company.

Swain: I tried for competitive examination.

Swain: It was in my mind unless I go for any Government Job I can’t do any Public Service. Then I started my preparation.

Swain: NO NO,I tried at my level and concentrate on studies around 8/10 Hours per day and I success.

Swain: I told you without any Government Job nothing can be possible for Public service unless a Govt job in hand, So I determined by means I have to reach my Goal and I reached.
Editor: One hard question, you are looking very gentle and abstemious how you feel you can discharge your responsibility smoothly being an administrative officer (?).
Swain: Good question. I am looking Gentle but not with any kind of illegal work. Looking Gentleman is my body language it does not mean I shall put my signature blindly with all files. I am perfect and serious on decision making especially Policy matter. Yes if any injustice issues on common public came to my knowledge by any of my subordinate staff members appropriate action shall impose as per law. No one can bias me to through any approval/Commitment.

Swain: NO Hobby but all. I love all Cricket, Football but I like to enjoy Football matches. Yaa I love to read Journals and write poems in English.
