Paralakhemundi-On behalf of BIRD(Bhanja Institute of Rural Development) & TRAI a sensitization program for telecommunication consumers held. Facilitated by Harmohan Patnaik, ADM Sangramsekhar Panda graced as chief guest where Chairperson of Paralakhemundi Municipal Council Nirmala Sethy as guest of honor. Various discussion on core issues where consumers are suffering shared. Consumers still not awared of TRAI rules & digital language in Odia yet to formalized which a huddles said ex-President of DCDRF Bhubaneswar Patnaik. Validity period too not reached & networks of various mobile networks still hamper for common men & students too suffering. Where used by 151 crores, 459 billions with smart phone, 487 billions using whatsApp, 240 billions use Facebook, 210 billions use Instagram &140 crores use internets. Despite huge revenue collections those different telecommunications yet to feel consumers grievances. Niranjan Behera state president of physical challenge association, SDO Prasant Kumar Ray, Regional Manager Jitendra Mahanty, for Jio Ashis Nayak, SR Sravan Kumar also shared their opinion.Dignitaries of BSNL, Jio & Airtel were present & solved quarries of consumers.
