Senior Citizens Reminiscence on Development and Grave issues of Paralakhemundi

Paralakhemundi: Senior Citizens Association of Paralakhemundi gathered at Gundicha temple of Paralakhemundi for Annual Meeting.Prof Nrushingha Prasad Das(Retd.) graced as Chief Guest on the occasion.
Among others President of Senior Citizens Association, Laxmi Nrusingha Rath, Vice President Jagadish Mahapatra, Secretary Harmohan Patnaik graced on the Dias.
At the outset those deceased’s members are remembered with 2 minutes silence with a tribute to their departed soul.
Various grave issues of Paralakhemundi town discussed. Major issues like need of traffic control for which frequent accidents occurring, on payment of revenue collections like electricity, water supply and Banking transactions still older people facing to stand long time on queue which may be an impact on their health hazards.
Special line is need of hours on those transactions to get relief for such faded age group. Moreover for separate office of senior citizens plot may be given & leisurely hours to rescue them physically & psychologically fit to sit & relax together at retiring centre too imminent, it proposed. The resolution will be given to District Collector on such above issues to resolve.Nearly 200 members of senior citizens attended.
