Self Government Day Observed in Gajapati

Paralakhemundi:Self Government Day observed at oldest Municipality of Paralakhemundi. Collector-cum- Admimstrator of Municipality, Lingaraj Panda graced as Chief Guest.He hoisted flag where Executive Officer Ashok Kumar Rout was also present.On his views Adminstrator Panda shared on to keep all cleanliness, neat on sanitation & hygiene. He expected by the cooperation of masses to build Paralakhemundi Municipality a model one.
Executive Officer Rout opined that urban inhabitants are assured of all scopes on cleanliness & development too a strategy that envisaging to beautify the town. Besides that he detailed on various development features like E-library up gradation of Gopalkrushna Pathagar-cum- newsroom.Under Mukta scheme 139 rain harvesting projects completed,497 housing alloted.All government walls well at ease of publicity on sanitation & hygiene sensitizations. At Ramnagar smart crematorium shed, new townhall upgraded with auditorium,statue of Paralakhemundi Maharaja installed at Municipality campus, at old court junction beautified.Among others Sankuri pond complex renovation taken.Those committed scavengers dealing on sanitation,tax collector, peon, sweepers honored by guest. Among others Addl. Executive Engineer, JEs & staff of Municipality were present.
