Paralakhemundi- Senior media correspondent Rabindra Kumar Jena passed away by an accident. He was returning from Paralakhemundi going towards Gurandi with his brother-in-law Ghanashyam Dalai. At Upplada-Lingipur road in front of RI office an auto dashed to his bike. At spot Rabindra died. His brother-in-law Shyamaghan is serious & admitted at Sum hospital.

A case registered at Gurandi police station. After post mortem body handed over to family. His last rites done at Gurandi. He was scribe of Dharitri & later on switched to Khabar. Again he switched to Prameya & then Darsan of Gasani block on Odia daily newspaper. Among scribes Garudadhwaja Choudhry, Tarini Prasad Panda, Bhagabat Padhi, Krishna Kumar Behera, Birakishore Patnaik, Narasingha Prasad Patnaik conveyed their condolences to bereaved family & paid tribute to departed soul.
