PARENTS AND STUDENTS ARE INTERESTED TO KNOW THE STAND OF THE GOVT.

ROURKELA: Schools and colleges have been closed for long time since outbreak of corona in the country. Classes are now resumed through online after a long gap since April, 2020. Many students are victim of this pandemic and revenue of schools and colleges and other education institutions like professional colleges imparting professional courses, coaching centers and tuitions are majorly affected.

People or institutions involved in this business are the worst victim if you compare with other businesses which are now taking its flight slowly. In the processs, State Govt. is also thinking in a positive manner and deep insight is going on whether to start schools and colleges in the state. It has been a tough task for the Govt. because if the decision is positive and after opening these institutions if something happens wrong, means, corona spread further then Govt. will have to answer and to take the onus on its back. Anyways, many intellectuals, parents, teachers and students are now thinking to restart life as it was pre-covid time at the same time they are also feeling that protections to stop spread  of corona is mandatory, like using face masks, maintaining social distance and proper sanitization in the premises of schools and colleges. Education system is our backbone; hence, bringing it to its path is important for we all and a long gap has already weakened the students learning ability.

These online classes which are going on is not helping students a much rather it gives a feeling that ‘a routine job is entrusted without heart’. Many poor children who are living in rural areas are still deprived of this facility and falling prey to this system of education in pandemic like corona. Now the expectation is very high that all educational institutions should back to normalcy. Time will say when this good thing is going to happen (!).
