Scarcity of Drinking Water Utter Negligence of Staff (!)

Paralakhemundi:Both Union & state governments have their mission to reach drinking water at grassroots. Started with Swajaldhara to update programs, through RWSS department on the verge of reaching interior parts too.

But at RUdayagiri irregularities found though head quarter of said department is functioning. Long back water tank established to fulfill for 8000 population covered area.Accordingly pipeline too connected on every street of RUdayagiri.But due to lack of management to get need of minimum water supply vanquished. Somewhere tubewells too,grounded & standpoints,too, unfunctional.Rather conflict rising among women to get drop of water.Rather as a can’t but scenario they have to bring from long distance which still not purified water for daily uses.

For this grave issue from Sarpanch of R.Udayagir I panchayat to line department, they run continuously to sort out regular supply.Such hue & cry a crusade factor for local people to address at district administration, moreso,grievances pulled out due to corona.So they holistically appealed let district administration look after such critical issues & bring amicable solution.
