This is true Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik never passed any such order which may affect to defame his good governance. Otherwise why “MO Sarkar” and a special wing 5T being introduced.

Wonder, the Odisha govt provides the mobile numbers of its all Head of the Department Officers at State level and District level, and many officers on the official diary, websites since they never pick up even the CUG numbers especially to all essential service bodies. Should we take this granted it is because of their positional values or holds at top level and power (?).

Some instances came to notice orally that many officials are marketing that “I have hold at Lokseva Bhavan,”My relatives holding top political position, and some favourite man of my present Boss”, like way many funda applying to common man which is not fair to public.

Here to be mention, the Government of Odisha already introduced the 5T department i.e; Teamwork, Technology, Transparency, Time leading to Transformation initiative in the State, as part of its efforts to provide good governance, even NITI Aayog, Govt of India endorses 5T charter of Odisha Government.

Essentially when people tried to contact any officer and after failing to get few officer in many district, and a subordinate officer saying “he is helpless and told that ‘BOSS’ never picks up calls as instructed” (!) call them on their land lines and you would invariably be told ‘SAHEB’ is busy in a meeting, on tour or gone for lunch, in virtual conference, Review meeting like many variety of plea are these signs of a ‘responsive’ govt. They feel they are impressing Naveen Patnaik or trying to defame the Naveens’popular Govt (?),may be another category of self-centredness administrative functionary.
