On tender open for Budura Janaki Devi Mishra of Brahmapur for Rs. 701 per meter, Kitingi Rs. 557 by Narayan Biswal of Bhubaneswar, Purutiguda & Khandava Rs. 501 &Rs.156 respectively by Madanmohan Pradhan of Bhubaneswar as final call.
1 & 2 not called for tender. In presence of Laxmiprasad Sahu Tender allotment given as highest order call.
Still area people mesmerizing for quality sand which Andhra Pradesh hobnobbing regularly, so retreat of restoration due to time to time expected flood at Vanshadhara basin destroying villages. So they quipped administration to make check & balance while releasing order for sand lifting
