ROURKELA ADMINISTRATION NOTIFIED RESTRICTIONS OF PUBLIC IN DURGA PUJA

ROURKELA: As per the latest notification by the office of the ADM, Rourkela dtd. on 24th of this month clearly mentioned Puja will be allowed with few restrictions in Rourkela. This time all the Puja committee will be conducting puja in their respective area and it will be managed by Puja committee of that area only. General public will not be allowed to visit Durga pendals. Since loudspeaker and immersion procession is restricted, selection or election of CPC has been cancelled. All the Puja committees are directed to apply for land, electricity and other permissions as required individually. Here with, they are also directed to follow the guidelines of the Govt. except point no-4 of orderno-5315/R&DM (DM), Dt.10/9/2020 of office of Special Relief Commissioner, Govt. Odisha. Any deviation to the above cause will be considered seriously.
