RALLY AGAINST AGRICULTURE BILL BY GOI

Paralakhenundi: Gajapati district Congress Committee organized a Rally at Paralakhemundi to address against passed heinous bill against farmers by BJP Goverment.Most of alliance of NDA Parties also against such Bill. Rather it may invite suicides for small and marginal farmers, says Dasarathi Gamango, District Congress Committee President & MLA of Mohana.
Leading the rally, he countered that bill tarnished image of farmers whose food security still a question. Minimum price of productive crops deprived to help them on their livelihoods. Besides that on all angles NDA Government poised scenarios on development. Like atrocities at Hathras, could not give justice to suffered family. Nor any scope instead corporate is at strength by this Bill. That too state BJD Government too vehemently not looking forward on farmers woes.
Among others City President of Congress Basant Panda,ZP Member Jacob Majhi,ex-Vice-Chairman of Paralakhemundi Urban Council Sanjay Adhikari,Suryanarayan Patra,Manoj Sahu,Kuna Majhi,Ambica Gauda, Ranu Dandasena,Junesh Raita,Kapila Gauda, Madhab Jagatsing, Purnachandra Gamango with more than thousands supporters joined in the rally.They submitted 3-chartered Memorandum in favour of President of India,to Sub-Collector Sangramsekhar Panda.They garlanded at the statue of ex-MLA Late Trinath Sahu & marched rally throughout Paralakhemundi town.
