RAID CONDUCTED BY TEAM OF STF & FOUND ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

Bhubaneswar:On the basis of intelligence input, a raid was conducted by team of STF, Bhubaneswar at Razabazar, Jatni PS. Jatani Dist. Khordha against illegal possession of Narcotic Drugs and apprehended three accused person namely 1) Sk Samir S/o. Sk Mohammad Alli 2) Syed Imtiyaz S/o. Sayed Kkram both are of Rajabazar, Gajapatinagar PS. Jatani Dist. Khordha and 3) Ratiranjan Routray S/o. Rabindranath Routray of Harirajpur, Majhisahi PS. Delang Dist. Puri.
During search Brown Sugar 01 kg 320 gm, Cash of Rs.1,65,000/-, One Pulsar M/c and other incriminating materials were recovered & seized from their possession. The accused persons could not produce any document or authority for possession such contraband Brown Sugar, for which they have been arrested and will be forwarded to the court. In this connection STF PS case No. 07/ 2022 U/s 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act 1985 has been registered. Investigation is on.
Since 2020, STF in the special drive against narcotic drugs has seized more than 50 Kg of Brown Sugar/Heroin and more than 90 quintals of Ganja /Marijuna and arrested more than 128 drug dealers/peddlers.
