PROMISING JOB AT DUBAI ONE ARRESTES BY BERHAMPUR POLICE

BERHAMPUR: Sadar police of Berhapur on 25.09.2025 at 09.00 PM on the written report of complainant Balanga Godabari Patra (26) S/O B.Deenabandhu Patra of Vill. Dhobadi, PS. Bellagaon that arrested One Karada Sonam Patra (26) S/O: K.Sankar Patra, Vill. Main road, Kukudakhandi,,Berhampur and registered a case at sadar police station u/s 318(4)/146 BNS.
According to a senior Police OfficerOn 25.09.2025 at 09.00 PM on the written report of complainant Balanga Godabari Patra (26) S/O B.Deenabandhu Patra of Vill. Dhobadi, PS. Bellagaon the case was registered and investigated into.
During investigation copies of job agreements with companies from Dubai and Abudabi , advertisement copy of Siba Sambhu piping training institute, copy of immigration certificates, Flight booking details of complainant, seized Udayam registration certificate , 11 passports of various persons, 2 Joining registers, 12 bio-data forms, 7 medical fitness certificates, pipe fitter book, 2 pipe fitter fabrication & mechanical fitter drawing books, visiting cards of Siba Sambu piping training institute and one VIVO android mobile phone from the possession of accused.
In the course of investigation it came to light that the accused Sonam Patra was running a fake piping training institute at village Lathi without any authorization.
Complainant Godabari Patra took two months training from Janauary to February 2025. After completion of training, accused Sonam Patra assured him to put him in job in a good company namely KRESS and then he took Rs.1,10,000/- on 15.07.2025 and sent him to Dubai, where the complainant did not find any company named as KRESS. Complainant was engaged under a contractor, where he faced lots of problem like low quality of food, accommodation, and working 15 hours per day. When he felt cheated in the work, he escaped from Dubai and returned to India in the month of August and reported at PS for necessary legal action.
Karada Sonam Patra (26) S/O: K.Sankar Patra of Vill. Main road, Kukudakhandi, PS: B Sadar was aarrested on same date.Police have seized from that possession of accuse.

9. 12 bio-data forms of various persons,
10. 07 medical fitness certificates of various persons,
11. Pipe fitter book,
12. 02 pipe fitter fabrication & mechanical fitter drawing books,
