BERHAMPUR: On the strength of search warrant issued by Special Vigilance Judge, Berhampur, and Anil Patro,SP,Vigilance the Vigilance sleuths of Berhampur Division lead by Santanu Padhi,ASP and other officers have made simultaneous raid the property of Dushmant Nayak,Asst Teacher of a Govt Primary school of Gosani block in Gajapati district on Tuesday.
During the search the team achieved a major success with their mission. The sleuths located a residential triple storied building situated at Erdela street, Gajapati, Rs23,34000/-,One residential double storied building situated at Pralakhemundi Hospital road, in Dinakrushnapur Mouza,Gajapati Rs8,55,350/-,One residential double storied building stands with the name of Smt.Gayatri Nayak wife of Dsuhmant Nayak at Kanchara Street,Paralakhemundi,Rs ,32,86,205/-,One double storied building situated in front of St.Joseph School stands with Smt .Gayatri Nayak Rs,63,69,453/-,One double storied building at Arogya street Rs.54,76,297/-,One residential double storied building stands in the name of Smt Gayatri Nayak situated at Jangam street Rs.30,20,468/-,residential Triple storied residential house at Khanja street Rs.53,20,440/-.One residential triple storied RCC structure building in front of Paralakhemundi Stadium Rs.1,14,24,393/-,Eight number of residential plots at different places cost around Rs.13,83,532/- as per government value, House hold articles Rs.1,56,600/- cash in Hand Rs62,285/-Gold and Silver ornaments Rs.50,000/-Different deposits in the name of wife Gayatri Nayak Rs.5,20,006/- and LIC Premium Rs.70,840/-.
Apart of the above the sleuths also entered the search of the Parental house situated at Village Jangalpadu under Gosani Block in Gajapati district and the house of the father-in Law of Dsuhmant Nayak situated at Sekhanagar in front of SBI,Gunupur in Rayagada district .
The office chamber of Dushmant Nayak which is situated at S.Routapur Upper Primary School under Gosani Block, Gajapati were searched simultaneously to trace the Movable and immovable assets possessed by Dsuhmant Nayak.
Wise to quote, Dusmanta Nayak, by profession a Asst.teacher of S.Routpur UP School of Gosani block of Gajapati district who earned such huge amount of properties including his movable and immovable assets.
According to Santanu Padhi,ASP said, Dushmant Nayak entered into his Govt.Service during the year 1996 at asst Teacher. Berhampur Vigilance registered a Case vide the no 6/2020 against him and the investigation is still underway.
