PH Stemmed towards Begging

Paralakhemundi- Deserted by sons a physically challenged old person is now turned into road for begging. 82 years old one Nakul Nayak of Adava is now physically weak & screaming his hand as legs to cross the road. Unable to move,Nakul lost his wife 30 years back & too his daughter.Among his 2 sons,elder is staying with in-law family & younger son with his family. Though he availed pension but amount deposited on his account. So he is unable to move to bring. He deserves to get ₹700 but getting ₹500 said one his closed person Susant Nayak. PEO of Adava panchayat said next month onwards he will pay personally to Nakul. PH Stemmed towards Begging
