Paralakhemundi-A visually impaired person waited years together to get housing but that family exploited by PEO. Their house half constructed now getting soak. One Duryodhan Bisoyi of Mandimera panchayat living with wife Rachana, widow mother & 3 daughters with 2 sons. They were staying in a deserted cottage where on rain house was soaking. On 2019-20 FY the family sanctioned. After getting Workorder contractor constructed till roof. Due to lach of further sanction amount that house yet to be completed. Now bushes & thorns sorrounded the house & fear of wild animals like snake. That visually impaired Duryodhan repeatedly appealed at panchayat office but his grievance heeded. Where PEO Mandimera Lachman Rao involved on such red tapism even like Duryodhan so many beneficiaries too exploited by him. Such low quality work still a quandry among those beneficiaries. On retrospect PEO said by ₹30000 he completed till roof with 3 pillars.BDO Mohana could not be contacted.
