Paralakhemundi-At Mohana 535 booths opened for casting polling for 3 zp, 39 sarpanchs &  samiti members along with ward members candidates. 2140 security forces with presiding officers deployed for duties for free & fare elections.

At 10 number booth candidate Rina Pradhan with her supporters visited at Adava zone. At that time no officials were present. So they met with Nodal Officer cum PD, DRDA Anam Charan Patra to check polling booth for permission. BDO Tapaswini Hansada  allowed them to visit two rooms but not allowed third room. As that room not being sealed their suspicion grew & met with PD to see that room. But PD said he was here to help BDO, still both BJP & Congress  sticked up & cautioned to make rally at spot. By the instruction of Collector Gajapati they were permitted to see that room. Meanwhile they found for zp candidates 9783,samiti members 8014,sarpanch 500,ward members 71900 numbers of ballot papers & 25 reject papers inside that room. So they demanded to drive out PD from this place & demanded high level enquiry too. A former zp candidate said that PD vehemently campaigning to SHG members to cast votes for BJD. Even agent forms not given before election where as BJD said they signed on those agent forms.
