Paralakhemundi- 4-day(23-26 December) marathon Pallishree Mela with 103 stalls fared on yesterday at Gajapati district.Held at SKCGCollege ground, Paralakhemundi;among those guests PD DRDA Anam Charan Patra,PA ITDA Sarij Kumar Behera, OLM district Program Manager Priyambada Bisoyi, DCPO Arun Kumar Tripathy graced as guests. To restore cultural integrity & traditional style of livelihoods inspired by guests.Followed with norms of Covid-19 guidelines various cultural events,eg,local tribal folk dance & songs portrayed by local artists. Various products from forest,agriculture that too millets attracted voluminous on marketing.Overall 30 lakhs of sales gripped over last 4 days, says Debendra Kar, APD ORMAS.Even those outreach districts particularly those SHGs, too,happy over their tiresome transportation of products for better selling.Various corners of district & Andhra border places those visitors were attracted by the Pallishree Mela.
