Owner & Labourer Died inside Toilet Tank Exhaustion

Phulbani:A tragic incident occurred at Pitibari village of Kandhamal district where 2 persons died.
A government plot alloted at Pitibari of Kandhamal district.So at backyard he wanted to dig for latrine tank.
While digging latrine tank one person named Santos remained unconscious & to help him Sanjay entered inside tank.He too exhausted.Later on fire staff reached & rescued both.They were admitted at Phulbani district head quarter hospital.During treatment both died. Their deceased bodies sent for post mortem. Enquiry is on by police.
