One new milestone step by Naveen Patnaik, Mobile Patrolling vehicle flagged off in Rourkela

ROURKLA: Honorable CM of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik has inaugurated the Highway Patrolling vehicle in 18 districts where this vehicle would be engaged to pick up the victims due to accident on Highway and will immediately shift them to the hospital for quick treatment to save precious lives of the people. This decision would certainly help the victims to get faster treatment and In Rourkela one such vehicle is given for the cause which will petrol from Rourkela to Kanshbhal where six black spots have been indentified who are accident prone. In this vehicle one special officer will be there who will act as nodal officer and another Home guard will also be available to cooperate and they will petrol 24 hours on shift-wise. Most importantly they will coordinate with the concerned hospital where immediate treatment would be extended. On the occasion of inaugurating this facility the collector of Sundergarh, Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, SP, Rourkela, Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo, Sarada Prasad Nayak, MLA, Rourkela were present with other officers of the state Govt. Sarada Nayak in his address to media thanked Naveen Patnaik for this noble thought where many precious lives can be saved and welcomed this move. He also said another two such vehicles will be available soon to cater this type of need in Bonei-Rourrkela route.
