One More Blow against Fake Chilli Powder Mfg.Unit in Berhampur

Berhampur:In another case of fake Chili powder making unit getting busted by Berhampur police. Thursday eveing Cop raided another two fake chili powder manufacturing unit at Raja Street, under Bad Bazaar police limits here in Ganjam district.
On the basis of the tip-off, a police team was formed lead by Mr Prashant Bhupati, IIC and the team conducted raids at the location.
During the raid, the police seized a huge quantity of fake chilli powder packets,two food adultration machine,350 Kgs grinded rice,360 Kg of chilli powder, spurious essence chemicals, artificial colours, packaging materials and other ancillary items. The police have detained two persons in this connection, told by Mr PK Mishra,ASP.
Notably, on Thursday early morning the Gosaninuagaon police team raided one unit and seized a huge quantity of chilli powder, turmeric powder, packaging machines, chemicals, artificial colour, essence ,raw materials and plant and machinery.
