One Held Drugs Seized by STF, Odisha

Bhubaneswar:On the basis of intelligence input, a raid was conducted by team of STF, Bhubaneswar at Basta, Dist. Balasore against illegal trade of Narcotic Drugs and apprehended one accused person.
During search Brown sugar weighing 2 kg 012 Gms and other incriminating materials were recovered & seized from his possession. In this connection STF PS Case No.23 dated 24.06.2021 U/s. 21(c)/29 NDPS Act, 1985 was registered. Investigation is on.
Since 2020, STF in the special drive against narcotic drugs has seized more than 34 Kg of Brown Sugar/Heroin and more than 66 quintals ( 6600 kg) of Ganja /Marijuna and arrested more than 100 drug dealers/peddlers.
