ONE ARRESTED IN FRAUD CASE BY BERHAMPUR POLICE

BERHAMPUR:The BN Pur Police,Berhampur on Sunday nabbed a person in connection with an fraud in which he allegedly duped 523 people of Rs 68,83,180/-.
According to the source from Police the accused named Dhiren Kumar Swain aged about 47, the Managing Director of Binodini Projects Pvt Ltd,Ayodhya Nagar,Berhampur who cheated about 523 depositors from Chatisgarh,Ganjam and Surat in connection of Chit-Fund trade by showing various financial benefit and subsequently flee. Form station.
However last night the IIC BN Pur,Mr Sarada Prasanna Dash with his team arrested Dhiren Swain from a remote block of Ganjam.
In connection the BN Pur police have registered a case u/s.467/468/471/120-B/420/34 IPC R.W.Section 04/05/06PCMCS(Banning)Act 1978/Section 6 of OPID Act 2011(GR NO 09/2019).This evening police forwarded him to the Court.
