ODISHA STF BRANCH BUSTS ILLEGAL TRADE OF NACROTIC DRUGS

BHUBANESWAR:On the basis of reliable information STF,Bhubaneswar detected a case of illegal trade of narcotic drugs on Sunday at Jeypur-Koraput road and one Mohammad Alam of Barathikdarpur,Moradabad(Uttar Pradesh) apprehended.
The team seized about 50 kg of contraband Ganja and .one truck bearing registration No- UP-21-CN-5646 with other incriminating articles from his possession.
The STF DIG, JN Pankaj informed that the accused used to procure Ganja from remote jungles at many places. Our investigation revealed that Alam is a habitual drug peddler.
