Bhubaneswar,(04/02/26):Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida flagged off three luxury caravans under the Viability Gap Funding (VGF) scheme, marking a new chapter in the state’s tourism offerings.

The caravans promise modern and comfortable facilities, including beds, kitchens, and washrooms, ensuring tourists can enjoy travel without depending on hotels

The service aims to attract young travellers, nature lovers, and adventure enthusiasts by combining leisure with exploration.

Deputy CM Parida highlighted that caravan tourism will add a new dimension to Odisha’s travel experience. She said the initiative will appeal to tourists seeking adventure and eco-friendly journeys, while also supporting local tourism economies.
