BHUBANESWAR:A notice issued to all hotels & bars associations stated that restaurants and bars will be allowed to reopen subject to strict adherence of the COVID-19 guidelines and SOP on preventive measures. The Government of Odisha has now permitted restaurants and bars to function by opening for the public.
A notification issued by Sachin R. Jadhav,IAS, Director,Tourism Department to various restaurant and hotel associations stated, “Restaurants and bars across the State are hereby allowed to open for dining.
Further Jadav added, in case an area is declared as a containment zone, local authorities shall take a decision on the operations of restaurants and bars, until containment is lifted.if an area is declared a containment zone, it is for the local authorities to decide on whether or not to open restaurants and bars.
