OAPF Jawan Injured (!); Two Suspended in Kalahandi

Kalahandi: An OAPF, Jawan allegedly beaten by Sergeant in Bhawanipatna Police Barrack.
According to information, on Tuesday about 10 PM it is alleged that while Jani denied carrying out the order of the Sergeant Khageswar Biswal over phone they have some exchange of hard words and quarrel.
Biswal along with other two came to Jani and allegedly beaten by the pipe used for mosquito net and Jani got severe injuries in his ear and other body part (?).
Jagabandhu Jani from Koraput was posted as Jawan in OAPF and deployed at Bijepur Camp. As Jani knows the mason work he was deployed to Bhawanipatna Police Barrack.
On being injured Jani shifted to District Headquarter Hospital,(DHH) for his treatment and filed a FIR at Town Police Station.
Kalahandi, SP, Dr.Shravan Vivek said with this matter two police personnel were suspended and departmental proceeding will start against them.
