NTPC Northern HQ organized Workshop on Superannuation Planning
Lucknow : A one-day workshop on superannuation planning was organized on 24.01.2025 at NTPC-NRHQ, Lucknow. The session aimed to prepare employees for a secure and well-planned retirement.Shri N.S.Rao, Regional Executive Director (North), NTPC Northern HQ graced the event as the Chief Guest. Speaking at the inaugural session, Shri Rao emphasized the importance of such workshops in equipping employees with practical financial management strategies and raising awareness about the significance of retirement planning. He appreciated the HR team for their efforts in organizing the event.The workshop featured Shri T. Suresh, Founder of CEBR Financial Planners Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, as the esteemed faculty. The workshop covered essential aspects of financial planning, including the importance of diversified investments for maximizing retirement benefits to ensure a seamless transition from active employment to retirement.The event saw active participation from Shri Amreek Singh Bhogal, GM (Operation Services), Shri Samiran Sinha Ray, GM (HR), along with other Heads of Departments, senior officials, and employees to make it a success.
