Niyamgiri Suraksha Samiti Leader LadaSikaka Will Felicitate

Bhubaneswar: The leader of Niyamgiri Suraksha Samiti, Mr LadaSikaka, who is fighting against the octopus exploitation and loot of natural resources by Vedant Alumina Company in the surrounding areas of Niyamgiri Hills, has been declared to get ‘Human Dignity Award-2020’.
The Convening body member of ‘Manav Adhikar Samanwaya Kendra, Odisha’(Human Right Coordination Centre, Odisha), a newly formed group of like-minded human right activists, Biswapriya Kanungo has announced the name of Lada Sikaka, on the occasion of Word Human Rights Day.
Sikaka will be facilitated the award on 29th March, 2021 in a state level function on the occasion of Martyr’s Day of Saheed Laxman Nayak, one of the great leader of Indian Freedom Movement in the undivided Koraput district of Odisha.
